The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a US$3.5 million contract to Knight Construction & Supply Inc. for tainter gate rehabilitation at the 80-MW Green Peter hydropower project in Oregon.

The Corps' Portland District most recently solicited bids for the work in August.
