The Northwest Hydroelectric Association (NWHA) is now accepting nominations for its Pamela E. Klatt Award.
The award, which was established in 2009 by the NWHA Board of Directors, recognizes a recipient for their "lasting contributions to the Pacific Northwest hydroelectric industry through leadership and service."
The award is named in honor of Pamela E. Klatt, who spent more than two decades in the hydroelectric industry.
"She influenced many with her high standards of excellence and broad grasp of the complexities of hydroelectric licensing and environmental compliance," an NWHA release says. "Her contributions to the industry and convivial spirit leave an enduring legacy acknowledged annually by this award."
For more information about the award, or to submit a nomination, visit the NWHA's website here.
Nominations are open to all NWHA members. The will be announced during the 2013 NWHA Annual Conference in Portland, Ore.
