U.S. awards contract for micro hydro project construction in Yellowstone Park

The U.S. National Park Service has awarded a contract for construction of a micro-hydroelectric project in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.

The $822,000 contract, which includes construction of structures and facilities related to the hydro project, was awarded to Montana-based Dick Anderson Construction Inc.

Bids for the Yellowstone hydroelectric project were due in mid March.
